      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some body has asked me a question in a interview related to SAS DI.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Oracle database as Source and Teradata database as Target.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can we load tables ORacle to Teradata with out using Extract transformation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it poosible , if yes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then How?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Of course. I don't use SAS DI but I'm sure you can put your own SQL queries into a DI job, one that reads from Oracle and one that loads into Teradata. Sort of defeats the purpose of using DI tranformations in the first place though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>If you looking out to be an ETL developer in DI Studio you need to get training. You can't get trained by asking random questions on the communities. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;BTW the answer is just omit it - a table loader will move the data for you. And that code will be generated for you. Bug filtering is not possible in this case.  But it always comes down to what requirement/design  is.</description>
