I'm looking for SAS ETL Documentation Tool. Tool which will be able to generate documentation from SAS ETL job. This might be plugin or third party software.

If your using 4.x version check out the reports built into DI. There is a report that will output job, table, transform information.

Otherwise I had success in the older version using Doxygen and placing doxy friendly tags in metadata notes.

I am using SAS DI Studio 3.4. Do you know if this DI Studion 3.4 can generate ETL documentation? Any plugin or setting require?

Not that I can remember. I think you have to write your own. I remember that SAS had a java example on the DI site for 3.4 some time back. You could possibly check that out.
