Use the SAS Deployment Wizard (setup.exe) which you will find in the root directory of your SAS Software Depot. Please note SMC is only relevant if you have remote SAS servers you wish to manage. It cannot be used for managing local SAS as I see you have installed on your PC.

When I run SAS Deployment Wizard,it shows me the error:

ERROR: Unrecognized SAS option name WIZARD.
ERROR: (SASXKRIN): KERNEL RESOURCE INITIALIZATION FAILED.
ERROR: Unable to initialize the SAS kernel.

What version of Windows are you installing on and what version of SAS are you trying to install. If you are installing on Windows 10 then your SAS depot must be at least SAS9.4M5 or later.

Correct. You need to request a current SAS Software Depot from SAS. Talk to your SAS Account Manager or the person in your organisation that manages your SAS software.
