&lt;P&gt;As I understand it the match code generated depends on the sensitivity. For this reason you can't use match codes generated with different sensitivities for joining/lookup.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I think of match codes as grouping/clustering values. The lower the sensitivity the more source values will get grouped into the same match code. For this reason if you generate in both tables match codes with a lower sensitivity then you'll get more matches when joining.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
