SAS service is not working

Hello everyone,

I have an issue regarding the service The DataFlux Web Studio Server (server1) service.

It doesn't start anymore. I restart all SAS services, also the SAS Middle tiier server and no luck

The error is:

The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Did anyone have any clues about this? I don't find any log file for this service.

Have you tried to run Windows Event Viewer to see if it will shed some light on the cause of this issue?

Have you checked the log file of the server?
