Changing XML unicode in SAS Data Integration Studio

Hi,

I have a XML file in SAS DI, and I want to run the same file to create a map and simultaneously change the <P_OFF> 0 </P_OFF> to <P_OFF> 1000 </P_OFF> and respectively till 200,000.

Can the same thing be done using XML writer?

Hi -

The XML Writer transformation does not have the ability to transform data as part of the transformation itself. You will need to read the XML file in through a DI Studio job (XML libname engine), write some transformation code to change the values, then use the XML Table Writer to output the XML file.
