is it possible to read in a gzip'ed (.GZ) SAS dataset without unzipping?

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a way to read in a GZIP'ed SAS dataset (.GZ) without unzipping it first? I found where this question was asked back in 2008. The short answer was no. Hoping that has changed.
