What: If you’re stuck on a SAS Data Management problem, use this hour as a chance to receive near real-time responses from SAS experts. We will be huddled in a conference room and connected virtually to listen and answer to incoming community questions. We’ll also use the time to make other community moves – like putting topics into their rightful forum home, answering previously posted questions, and marking “accepted solutions.” See a summary of the last event for more details, including a spontaneous video produced by magnem_sas.

When: Wednesday, August 30 from 10:00 – 11:00 am ET

Where: Ask questions right here on the SAS Data Management Community. Select New Message, type your question and post.

Why: The community is “open” 24/7, but during the Jam hour, know that your question will be seen right away by SAS experts and community rock stars. Think of it like an “office hour” for the community. We’ll be standing by if you need us.

How: After posting, wait for a reply. If we need a bit more time for research, we’ll let you know. Or if your scenario is best for a Technical Support track, we’ll advise.

So start making note of your questions now. In fact, feel free to post your Jam questions on the community before the Jam. Just preface each subject with “Data Management August Jam question: [subject of your question]” and we’ll address it during the Jam hour. You may receive responses beforehand but if not, know that it will be attended to on Aug. 30.
