delete Financial Management records

I am using SAS Financial Management 5.3 and have to delete the records from "not in hierarchy" . Currently i am using the delete option within the SAS FM 5.3. But this process is very slow and it is taking huge amount of time to delete the records manually. I am looking for any job/macros that can be created which can delete such records more quicky.
