Hi:
Were you working from a SAVED image or from a FRESH image? Where in the class were you working? We'd be happy to ask the instructors for help, if you can explain where you were working. Several classes in the SAS Academy for Data Science package use Enterprise Miner. Please collect this information and send it to: edusubscriptionservices@sas.com or open a ticket directly by clicking the Need Help button inside the VLE.
Here's the information we need:
-- Package: SAS Academy for Data Science:
-- Level: Advanced Analytics Professional Level
-- Module Title:
-- Class in Level:
-- Lesson in Class:
-- Section in Lesson:
-- Demo, Exercise or Activity title:
-- Error message, if any:
-- FRESH image or SAVED image:
-- Approximate date/time of reservation:

We most typically see error messages using Enterprise Miner when working from a SAVED image. The instructors recommend making a Virtual Lab reservation for a FRESH image and trying again to follow the steps in the class.
Hope this helps,
Cynthia
