In Data uration Professional Course,

SAS and Hadoop ,

Lesson 2: Working with Hadoop Data using Hive and HiveQL,

Part 2.2 Data Definition Language > Activity. When i tried running the Query in Hue Editor it is failing with below error:

Error while compiling statement: FAILED: IllegalArgumentException java.net.URISyntaxException: Expected scheme-specific part at index 2: D:Operation has no valid handle attached

Hi:

Again, are you working with a FRESH image or a SAVED image.

Did you try any of the troubleshooting suggestions in the document for the course, as shown below:

You could try some of those suggestions first -- you might only need to do a restart. (I've been having issues putting the image into this post). Look immediately under the document entitled "Using the Lab with This Course" and there is a PDF for "Troubleshooting Issues with the Virtual Lab".
