    <description>Hi, &lt;BR /&gt;  Inside the VLE system, just under the Virtual Lab Reservation System pane, there should be a Need Help button. If you click that button, your track will go directly to the Virtual Lab Support team. Typically, you need to get out of the VLE and start over with a fresh browser session. But opening a track via the Need Help button is the fastest way to get help for this.&lt;BR /&gt;Cynthia&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000" face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Hello,&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000" face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;I'm trying to make a reservation on the virtual lab, but keep getting this error message:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="card-text content mt-3"&gt;&lt;DIV class="vlrs_content"&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000" face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Reservation not made successfully.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000" face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Error message received when creating reservation: Image (1208114, Type I) does not exist.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000" face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;I would greatly appreciate some help on how to resolve this issue.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000" face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Thank you.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
