LASR Analytic server assoicated with data source not available

I am currently studying for the SAS certified data scientist and am having trouble viewing some data in SAS. Visual Analytics:

Module 1: Big Data Preparation, Statistics, and Visual Exploration:

- Exploring Data with SAS® Visual Analytics

- Chapter 1: Getting Started with SAS® Visual Analytics

- Demo: Exporing the SAS visual analystics home page

I am tring to view the Toy Company data but receive the error message below indicating that the LASR Analytic server assoicated with this data source is not available, please see screenshots below. I would be most grateful for some help in how to fix this issue.

Hi:

This error message is typically the one you get if you don't do the setup, as shown in the Required Setup instructions.

In brief, the instructions are:

1) logon to the Visual Analytics Hub as Christine

2) Start the LASR servers

3) LOAD the tables -- Insight Toys is one of the files you load in the setup instructions.

If you did NOT do this or did one, but not the other -- did start the LASR servers, but did NOT load the tables, you'll error messages like this. And you'll also get the messages if the you don't start the servers.

In the Visual Analytics course, when students use the Virtual Lab image, they MUST log on as Christine and start the LASR servers and then, they MUST load the tables (such as Insight_Toys or Product_Analysis) before doing any of the practices. They have to perform these setup instructions EVERY time they log onto the Virtual Lab server whether starting from a FRESH image or a SAVED iimage. In a production environment, you would not need to start the servers but in the Virtual Lab, this step is important.
