I just canceled my second reservation today. Earlier today, I had issues with Hadoop going into safe mode. This wasted about 15 minutes of time that I set aside from work. However, this seemed to eventually resolve itself. The second issue started about 20 minutes ago. I logged in just like normal and tried to go into SAS studio in Chrome. The page would not even load. I switched to Firefox...same issue. I went into Hue and it had an error, which I ignored due to being frustrated with SAS studio not working. I then went into Enterprise Guide and prayed to the data gods that this would work. They let me down with an error that said something about a SASapp not connected. Anyone have a reason why this would not work?

Hi:
I think, from your name, that you've already submitted a Virtual Lab support ticket on this issue. We are aware of some issues with the Virtual Lab for the SAS and Hadoop module. We do have troubleshooting instructions that explain how to restart the servers and I will send them to you as a private message in response to your ticket.
Cynthia
