CONNECTION ERROR TO WORKSPACE SERVER

Hi, I am new to SAS and want to learn it as a mandatory course for my study program. I am now enrolling on the SAS on-demand academic program. However, I can't do any practice using my SAS Studio (https://odamid-euw1.oda.sas.com/SASStudio/?ticket=ST-289400-ephxKhSeMCMDpfldGfY1-cas) since it always fails to load. The error message is "CONNECTION ERROR TO WORKSPACE SERVER". What should I do? Please help

Get in contact with SAS technical support (https://support.sas.com/en/technical-support.html).

In the meantime, try to change the locale of the computer with which you connect to ODA.
