Why I cannot subscribe SAS Training News at the right of this forum's interface?

Hi SAS fellow,

It is of topic but it is the problem existing in this forum's interface so I think I should mention here.

When I try to hit the button below:

The result is like that

When I hit the button Subscribe, nothing happen, can you please helpo me to sort it out or where should I contact to solve it?
