I'm a novice-to-kinda okay SAS programmer but I enjoy using SAS! I've been interested in a SAS-code inspired hat, but I can't find one, and the SAS engagement team told me that they only have Beanies available at the moment. I'm interested in making, for example, a customized hat with the text run; on it. Would you be interested in buying something like that for yourself or as gifts? Would that text identify someone as a SAS user, or is it kinda more generic and used by other software? What other words would be cool to see?

Fun! SAS nerds unite!

Last year at SAS Innovate we had a "custom cap" station with several designs. Pick your own cap and a patch, and they assembled it for you. Here's mine:

Here's another design that was available:

A couple of years ago I designed this shirt and put it on a t-shirt marketplace. Hundreds of SAS users and employees have since got their own.

@ChrisHemedinger so the hats had Velcro and the Velcro patches were interchangeable? When they assembled the hats were the patches sewn on?

Here is other inspiration for code-themed apparel:

http://asfswag.com/

https://geek-t-shirts.com/collections/coding-t-shirts

https://www.redbubble.com/i/t-shirt/Do-you-even-unit-test-bro-by-findingNull/26161370.FB110

@benjamin_2018 The patches had some type of backing glue, I think, and they heat-pressed them into place with a device right in front of you.

I do sometimes get lost in those geek shirt sites -- but my bureau drawers are full of (mostly SAS related) tees already 😉
