Getting "This widget could not be dsplayed" in PREVIEW mode

Has anyone else recently seen "widget could not be displayed" when composing/editing a topic response? I am seeing the below when I click on the PREVIEW button:

I do get a similar note when previewing a response to this message.

I think I've fixed this for now. A few more tweaks to come but should work without errors.
