I've used SAS JMP since I bought version 1 on four floppy discs I think it was in 1995 and I've been perfectly happy with it since then, I've never found I couldn't do anything I wanted

I just applied for a job as a data scientist, I was told I had to be able to use Python and a bunch of other programs

Far as I can see SAS JMP can do anything Python can do, much simpler

And quicker

Am I right?

In fact, I suspect there are things you can do on SAS JMP that you can't do with Python, like neural analysis

And presumably, it's not hard to transfer data from Python to and from SAS JMP?

I move data around on Excel, presumably, a Python user can accept Excel and give me data on Excel?
