    <description>Thanks for the reply.&lt;BR /&gt;The service or my internet speed is really good.&lt;BR /&gt;I actually downloaded it using Mozilla Firefox.&lt;BR /&gt;Apparently the issue is with Google Chrome. It doesn't support large file&lt;BR /&gt;downloads often.&lt;BR /&gt;If we use a download manager or browsers that allow pause and continue for&lt;BR /&gt;downloads it can be resolved.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Unfortunately you need to keep trying. If it's stopping at a specific location all the time, I'd try seeing if your service has a limit somewhere. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It's about a 2GB file so a larger download for sure. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also use SAS Academics on Demand, which is hosted online, free for learning (same as SAS UE) which also requires a high speed internet connection.</description>
