Download doesn't work and now I've reached the maximum download limit without downloading anything

When I try to download the SAS University Version software, it redirects me to a URL which has no text except for "permission denied." I tried to clear the cache and use different browsers, but I wasn't able to download the University Version. I tried too many times and now the site says that I have "downloaded the software a maximum amount of times" even though I wasn't able to download anything.

The URL where the site says "permission denied" is:

If you need immediate access consider SAS Academics on Demand and/or SAS UE on AWS are two other options.

AoD has a lot of benefits - hosted on the cloud so access anytime/anywhere and it has more modules than SAS UE. But it also has more restrictions on data size.
