Multiple worksheets and specify column header

HI, I am trying to open an excel with different worksheets and select the second row as the column names. I tried using the code below that Brian Corcoran posted but despite changing the Has Column Headers and Data Starts on Row, the first in the excel file is always selected as the coumn names? Any ideas on why this is not working.

Data Ends on Column( 10 ),

Replicated Spanned Rows( 1 ),

Suppress Hidden Columns( 1 ),

Treat as Hierarchy( 0 )
