exam registration name does not match with real name on my ID

Hi everyone,

I already registered online exam with my alias name on certification manager and they issued me the confirmation email with that alias name.

But it seems to require to match the real name on ID when take online exam due to ID policy. I already tried to update the profile name on certification manager but I am not allowed to amend the first name. So I already sent request via email to certification sas to update my profile name, still waiting for reply.

I scheduled the exam 2 days later on Monday noon which is quit urgent. Does anyone had same issue before? And how can I update the name on exam registration with the real name on my ID? Any other ways? Please help.

You could also try and contact SAS Technical Support. I believe these guys work 24/7.

Just created a ticket and called the tech support center, but seems they only tackle the tracking ticket from Mon - Fri starting at 8am.

So I may have to follow up early tomorrow morning.

But I wonder if I could create one more account on cert manager and to assign the exam private code to the new account, if possible, that may be more efficient. Is there any exam code to assign after booking the exam?
