Is SGPLOT covered in Base Programmer exam?

hi,

Just wondering if SGPLOT is covered in the Base Programmer exam? It is in the lessons but isn't mentioned in the content guide.

EDIT*** also if sgmap and proc tabulate could pop up as neither appears in the content guide either.
