Does anyone know where I can find the complete answers for Ron Cody’s book, Learning Sas by Example, A Programmers Guide? The book only lists the odd numbered answers.

I don't believe that exists, it may so I'd wait for an official response.
That being said, most end up on here if they're difficult at all so some quick searching on here if you run into issues for a particular problem will likely yield results.

Hi:

Ron Cody designed the Learning SAS by Example book and data so that only the odd-numbered answers are provided with the book. Are you a University professor who is using the book for class? If so, I believe you need to contact SAS publishing SASBook@sas.com in order to request the full answer set. However, you MUST be able to prove that you are a professor to have your request fulfilled.

Otherwise, given the answers to the odd numbered problems, you should be able to figure out the answers to the even numbered problems.
