And if you didn't get Base Programmer Certification, you need to study for "Base".

In Clinical Trial Programmer test, there are around half of questions for Base Programmer Certification.

For Base Programmer test, there are many website about this.

And you need to study RTF output, I think.

Can i take this exam without base certification and if so
Will the certification acquired can be considered as base in case i wanna
take new certifications like predictive modelling or something advanced in
same or other domain?

Hello,

I would like to address your questions. You can take the Clinical Trials Programmer without having the BASE certification. If you were to choose to take the Accelerated version of the Clinical Trials Programmer exam, then you would be required to hold a BASE certification. For the other exams you mentioned, those do not require that you hold a BASE certification. The exam in our portfolio that does require that you hold a BASE certification is our ADVANCED Programmer exam. You must hold a BASE certification in order to receive credit for the ADVANCED Programmer. As mentioned, you must have a current BASE Programmer credential in order to take that Accelerated Clinical Trials Programmer exam.

The Clinical Trials Programming credential covers some of the content that is covered on the BASE Programmer but not all of it and the focus of the questions is on the subject matter of clinical trials. For many of our credentials, it does help for you to have a solid foundation in BASE programming, we just don't require the BASE Programmer as a hard prerequisite, except for the two exams mentioned.

I would suggest that you check out our certification web site for complete information about all of our exams. We provide a tremendous amount of detailed information on what is covered on our exams and we also provide good preparation information.
