I received an email from acclaim asking to accept the badge on successful completion of sas certifcation program. Does that mean are they going to send/mail the physical badge to my address. ?

It's a digital badge. I think you can add them into your LinkedIn profile.

Yes, they are digital, not physical badges. Read more about them here: http://support.sas.com/certify/badge.html They are sharable via Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, or can be attached to email signatures or embedded in web pages.
