I had booked for the exam and I wanted to cancel due to other circumstances.

I'm assuming you got a registration email, which probably has contact information re. cancelling a SAS Certification Exam
If you have lost that, then go to the SAS^® Global Certification Program webpage and you'll be able to click on a link to Chat with someone.

@dtrital161 Scheduling is handled through Pearson. Easiest way is to go back into your https://www.certmetrics.com/sas account, click on "Schedule/Modify Exam Appointment" and take it from there. Test Center appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance, On Line exams can be cancelled up until the appointment time.
