topic Images in VA report won't show in SAS Viya

Hello, I created a number of reports in VA on Viya and inserted images using the direct upload function in the GUI. This worked without problems but when I migrated the contents to another enviroment some of the images weren't shown to some users. For some reason this doesn't apply to all images; some still work. For the admin group all images work. I don't see how permissions for this type of content can be edited since the images won't show in the SAS Drive directories.
