Hi,

I got this probleme too! In fact, to access SAS Studio V, your user profile has to be defined not only in the LDAP directory, but also in the local machine, with the same password than in the LDAP. You can alternatively configure the authentication through the configuration of PAM/SSD

Regards,

JD

Hi,

I recently completed a fresh SAS Viya 3.4 deployment but for some reason I am unable to reach SAS Studio.

For SAS Studio 5 I get the error:

"Unable to create compute server session. Failed to launch process. Failed to launch process: host=*************** port=42341 ssl=true Server error: status=0x80BFD100 messages=[ERROR: Access denied.]"

For SAS Studio 4 I just get a pop up window saying "Access denied."

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you
