Updates availability suggestions

Hi:

I don't know if anyone has suggested before.

For the patch/hotfix updates email notification subscription, it would be very useful for us if it can indicate also, if the fix/patch is for which environment.

Specifically, if it applies to Windows , Linux or both ?

Take the case of SAS Viya 3.4 below, there is no indication regarding the env.

(It should also apply to all other SAS products.)
