It can be something like a port not open or a virus scanner "interfering" which normally requires quite a bit of "back-and-forth" to get to the bottom of the problem. It also requires very detailed system and log information which you probably shouldn't post into an open forum.</P> <P>Having this raised with SAS TechSupport feels like the right way to go.
