Hi,

I'm trying to understand a bit of what SAS Viya can do versus our traditional SAS deployment.

We do a lot of SAS ETL in which the data ultimately produces a tabular report using Proc Report through batch and stored process jobs.

I'm wondering if SAS Viya has some sort of ODS capability that would generate reports without the need to have SAS Visual Analytics licensed?

As 32reqrwe says, ODS part of SAS Viya.

In fact, SAS Viya supports all SAS 9 BASE functionality, ODS included, as part of its SAS Programming Runtime Environment. For a comparison of functionality between SAS 9 and SAS Viya, please consult the SAS® 9.4 and SAS® Viya® Functional Comparison white paper.
