SAS Viya Error :The geographic datasets were not found on the server

Hello
We are having SAS Viya 3.5 running on Windows server.
One of the users is trying to create a new report. When the user attempts to create a new data item of the type Geographic item an error pops out "The geographic datasets were not found on the server".
I would appreciate if any one can enlighten us on how to handle this issue.

Are you referring to a Visual Analytics report and if so what type of report (I'm guessing that it is a geographic one)? VA needs to be configured to use a Maps Service - https://go.documentation.sas.com/doc/en/calcdc/3.5/calconfig/n08000sasconfiguration0admin.htm#n08043sasconfiguration0admin

if you are using geographic reports.
