Viya Monitoring for Kubernetes Support Policy

Hi,

As I know Viya Monitoring for Kubernetes is a free-of-charge tool and can be downloaded from Git repository.

And from the manual, it mentions that SAS TS will provide support. The following is an extracted from the manual SAS Help Center: Why Use SAS Viya Monitoring for Kubernetes?

SAS Viya Monitoring for Kubernetes is free and available on GitHub. It is supported in the following ways:

Customers who use SAS Viya 4 can open a support request with SAS Technical Support, and these requests are handled under the standard SAS support policies.
You can open issues and submit feature requests in the GitHub repository. GitHub issues are handled as time and priorities permit.

May I know if SAS TS will handle customer queries, problem logs etc as other Viya products? Does anyone know about the support policy of this tool?

Yes, SAS Technical Support provides support for this project as indicated in the documentation.
