Reports
SAS 360 Match provides up to 18 months of historical reporting data. To provide a consistent level of performance for reporting, older data is trimmed periodically.

Data imports
SAS 360 Match processes data files that are provided by the customer for data import and deletes the data files after 30 days. SAS 360 Match deletes imported data within the ad server if the identity that is associated with the data is inactive for 6 months.

Data exports
SAS 360 Match data exports remain available for 30 days before the exports are deleted.

Logs
SAS 360 Match retains logs for two years from the time the logs are created. This applies to logs and all by-products of the logs.
