SAS is phasing out the use of FTP sites for the more reliable and scalable AWS S3 buckets. What's this mean to our client's workflow, and where they can access the files from that they were used to getting from the FTP site?

One place clients can go for more information is SAS Note 57091 which provides information about automating the process using the AWS CLI client. They will need to contact SAS Technical Support to obtain the credentials required to access their S3 account.

When secure connection to Amazon S3 is established using Cloudberry, then you need to type path like below in the textbox where 'root' is currently displayed.

sasia-customer-us-west-1/IA_Instance_Name/public/userreg

This example is for User Registration Folder for customer IA_Instance_Name.
