Dear Team,

I have created a report in sas visual analytics, but when I was trying to save the report in sas content in public directory, file not saved, even also I am not getting any error message.

I have tried to create new folder in SAS content but I am unable to create.

This is working on single tenant system.

Requesting you to please help to resolve the issue.

Thanks & Regards

Atul

What version of Visual Analytics are you using? You said it works on single tenant, so does that mean the system where it fails is multi-tenant?
