Page level security is not currently supported in Visual Analytics.

Hi there! This feature is being evaluated and I would love to know your use case for page level security in a Visual Analytics report so we can make sure anything being developed is the most useful for our users. Thanks!

Hi!, This topic has been brought up by several of our customers in the last years. It is primarily asked for if reports contain visualizations/data which are meant for (example) only management level and not for the employees. Or different departments, etc.  Currently customers have to build two or more separate reports which is a higher admin burden. Same goes for visualization security and also column security. Column security has been requested by our first VA going back to 2013.
