We copied data from one workspace server to a different workspace server; however, when trying to load the files from the target workspace server, we receive this error: RequestError: Unable to load sasexec/‌libdata/‌60fa2491-aece-4d72-9020-e0bacd92bef5/‌_TEMP3 status: 404. To add, we are able to load the same data in SAS Studio from the source workspace server.

We have checked the permission on the files to verify proper ownership and file mode which checked out fine from our end.

Any help on this will be appreciated. Let me know if you need any additional information from me.

Thanks,

Manqudius

We resolved the issue. The permission and ownership were setup on the sub-directories and files correctly; however, the parent directory had the wrong ownership. After changing the ownership, we were able to load the data.

Thank you for your response.

Cheers

How are you trying to upload the data? Do you have the workspace server logs enabled? If Yes, What does the log say?
Usually 404 is resource not found. Is the SAS Studio URL correct? Is it up and running?
