The output of above proc compare is lst report. I want to save the lst report in a folder C:\myfolder\
Please let me know what is the option to save the lst report to desired folder.
You can use proc printto:
proc printto print="c:\your_file.txt" new;
run;
proc compare...;
proc printto;
run;
Or better still for nice output set an ods destination, much like any other output. Depends what you need it for.
