Good afternoon. Thanks to anyone who can lend a hand.

I have a large data set that I need to characterize for a user. In digging through EG I found an option I've never used before. Under Describe is an option for Characterize Data. This is almost exactly what I need. However, I cannot seem to output the results (tables and charts) to an MS Office format, either Excel or Word. I do have a Send To option but I receive an error message stating:

"Unable to send SAS Report Characterize Data to Microsoft Excel. A compatible version of the SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office is either not installed or not enabled for Microsoft Excel."

Does anyone have a workaround for this? I can simply copy and paste but that creates multiple tables when what I really need is an Excel version of all the tables and charts so the user can manipulate them. Is there a way to accomplish this and have the data moved into a SAS dataset perhaps?

Check the output options! In EG 7.15 there is an option to create output as excel.

Thank you so much to you both. You were both correct and it worked. I so appreciate having people out there who are willing to help.
