Why did your organization decide to work with a SAS partner? What was the business need?
SAS has a flexible platform that it can be managed in any customer or B2B company need while SAS is strong on analytics and the missing part is on Customer Experience design with more in business perspective. We thought that there will be a perfect match to cover all.
And when the company's owner used to work with SAS on the customer side the company is just started it's journey to extend this experience to other companies who have the pain on digital customer experience and now as a Partner we are the reseller and the delivery partner with end to end experience.

 

What were the expectations of the partner and how did the partner exceed them?
The main expectation as a partner to have deep delivery capabilities on the expertise while as Partner Republic we sell the whole Customer Intelligence projects as a resell and sell with and we got the local awards to be the winner on gathering new accounts to SAS and also we have success stories!

We already got proven ROI based projects with largest customer perspective.

How did the partner's contributions lead to your organization's success? Please quantify if possible.
As we're focusing on CI360 and VIYA ecosystem, as in our region and EU we started to extend to new regions and extend our experience to other SAS people even with case studies. And on top of this we have an MASP agreement now to enlarge our expertise with SAS capabilities.
