In flights specify a value for a total amount to spend for a flight based on the total cost of impressions, clicks, actions, and views using the Value radio button. You can specify a value for each event.
In addition, you can specify a daily value cap as the maximum value for the flight each day. The daily value is total of the amounts for the current day’s events. A flight serves normally until the daily value cap is reached for the 24-hour period that begins at midnight. When the daily limit is reached, the flight is not eligible to serve again until its daily value cap is reset for a new 24-hour period.
