The New Customer Portal Launches Soon

I’m excited to let you know that the new customer portal is targeted to begin being launched on August 21st. When it’s available, I’ll post another update to the SAS Support Community and will publish a blog on the SAS Users Blogs. The blog will contain links to the information that you will need to use the portal. 


So, to prepare to use the portal, please do the following (if you haven’t already):
•    Create a SAS Profile. You will need a profile to use all the functionality in the portal.
•    Go to your SAS Profile, click the Subscriptions tab, select the Technical Support Updates – News and Operational Announcements check box, and click Save profile:

This action will allow you to get email updates from SAS Technical Support.
