Can I run SAS in a VM on an ARM Mac

Is there a version of SAS that will run on an ARM architecture Mac (M1 or M2) that I can mount in a (Parallels VMware) VM?  I spun up the ARM dev version of Windows 11 and SAS was not happy. Is there a flavor of Linux that runs SAS native ARM?  I work with protected healthcare data so I SAS's academic online offerings are not an option.

The Windows system requirements documentation says it requires an x64 processor:

Machines Supported
SAS 9.4 supports x64 processor family systems, also known as Intel64 or AMD64 systems.
